Frank Morton Sports Day 2017

Frank-Morton-Sports-Day-2017

Protolan is proud to be part of the Frank Morton Sports Day 2017.

This fantastic event is hosted by Loughborough University who have a proud tradition of sports and engineering excellence.

Frank Morton Sports Day is named after Frank Morton, a prominent professor of Chemical Engineering, who taught at Birmingham University until 1956 when he switched to teaching at UMIST (now University of Manchester). His love for sport and connections at both universities led him to organise the first of these sports days.

This years event at Loughborough University is more than just sport. There is also a fantastic career fair, reaching 3000 Chemical Engineering students from around the UK.

We are hoping to convince some of them to transfer the skills they are developing into the food industry.
