World Mental Health Day – 10 October 2020

At Protolan, we know that it benefits all of us to talk about mental health!

As World Mental Health Day approaches on Saturday 10th October, we are actively encouraging our team to ‘Do One Thing for better mental health.

With Mind’s latest research revealing that more than 60% of adults and over two-thirds of young people (68%) felt their mental health deteriorated during the coronavirus pandemic and lockdown, encouraging conversations around our own mental health and that of others has never been more important.

Mind’s Do One Thing campaign aims to inspire people to make one small change or take one action to look after their mental health.

We totally support our team to take the time to look after themselves, their families, and friends.  It is so important to do something that makes them happy – whether this is going for a walk, learning a new skill, taking steps to get support, or reaching out to someone else – everything helps.

This year has been a tough one for us all, but ensuring our team is supported and happy has always been our priority.  Let’s all “Do One Thing for better mental health.
