Internship Scheme

Internship and Year Placement Schemes

We are passionate about developing new talent. Protolan works closely with several Universities to offer student placements through both internship schemes and yearly placements.

Our work experience programme is designed to offer students the opportunity to find out more about the food and drink industry, the type of work Protolan undertakes and to provide valuable exposure to the fast-paced environment we work in. We aim to give students an opportunity to develop crucial skills to carry them to the next stage of their career.

For students, working with an SME company allows for a diversity of competencies to be developed.  The food and drink industry is a challenging environment; no project, client or working day is ever the same. At Protolan, we ensure students are given the opportunity to work on various projects, of different scales with knowledgeable food and drink industry professionals who are passionate about what they deliver.

Protolan believes in new talent. We are constantly looking for the next generation to keep Protolan at its best.

By investing time and effort into our student placements, we have a role to challenge young people’s perceptions and champion the exciting opportunities in the food and drink sector. This equips them with the experience, training, and mindset so they have confidence and real ability to move their career forward.

The success of delivering an effective student programme for Protolan is shown in the number of students who stay with us. Over the years, we have been privileged to welcome students who have engaged with the work we do, how we operate and built a passion for the food and drink industry.
